قابل توجه شهروندان محترم مشکین دشت

 

بدینوسیله به اطلاع می رساند با توجه به رای وحدت رویه شماره ۱۶۴۷ مورخ ۱۳۹۹/۱۱/۷ هیات عمومی دیوان عدالت اداری در خصوص ابطال مصوبه شوراها در مورد صدور پروانه ساختمانی توسط شهرداریها برای اراضی قولنامه‌ای و عدم امکان صدور پروانه ساختمانی از سوی شهرداری برای اراضی قولنامه ای ، لذا کلیه شهروندان محترم می توانند جهت اخذ سند مالکیت املاک خود به سایت www.sabtemelk.ir مراجعه و اقدام نمایند.
