در ششمین نشست تخصصی روسای کمیسیون‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی و ورزشی شوراهای اسلامی شهرها و معاونین فرهنگی شهرداری‌های استان البرز ؛ اسماعیل اقبالیه، از تدوین تقویم فرهنگی شهر مشکین‌دشت خبر داد و این اقدام را گامی مؤثر در راستای هویت‌بخشی شهری و بسترسازی برای توسعه فرهنگی و اجتماعی شهر دانست و بر اهمیت تخصیص بودجه مناسب برای اجرای این برنامه‌ها تأکید کرد.
